JAPANITALY
JAPANITALY
It 's the story of two families from different places, cultures, ideologies, different environments, almost opposite to each other: Japan and Italy, Asia and Europe. Two diametrically opposed families cross each other, bind and contribute to a birth and rebirth after a death. The birth and union element is Haruto, son of my cousin and his wife Natsuko. This report was made in Como, where my aunt, my father's sister, lives. Everything about this report happened during the first meeting between my family and Natsuko's parents. During the day on which the meeting took place, the Japanese family has invited us to participate to the tea ceremony, oriental event particularly sacred and deep, made of gestures, meanings, culture and soul. |
